The Gloucester, MA Health Department is teaming up with REACH Leadership to launch something exciting: Gloucester Families Connect, a free 5-week program designed to support parents and caregivers of students in late elementary and early middle school.
But here's what makes this different: we're building it *with* our community, not just for it. This summer, we're holding planning sessions to shape the program, and we're offering paid opportunities for parents, guardians, and community members with experience working with or raising upper elementary or middle school kids to help guide the way.
Your lived experience matters. Your voice matters. And we'll pay you for your time.
The program officially kicks off this fall, but your input starts now.
