The Town of Essex participates in the Eastern Essex Regional Public Health Coalition (EERPHC), a coalition for the towns of Hamilton, Wenham, Essex and Rockport. The EERPHC is staffed by a full time Public Health Social Worker and a full time Coordinator to address the needs of the communities served.
